  4. To qualify for Cashback, a funded player must have a total of at least £5 in cash losses for a calendar day during the qualifying period.
  5. Cashback is calculated at 3% of all cash losses when you lose £5 or more on all bingo and slot games. Cash losses are calculated as cash stakes minus cash wins within the qualifying period.
  6. If eligible you must login and 'claim' your Cashback from the 'My Rewards' section of your account before the end of the following day, any unclaimed will expire after this period.
  7. The maximum Cashback you can receive within the qualifying period is £100.
  8. Once claimed your Cashback will be paid into your Cash balance before the end of the day.
  9. Your cash balance is available to withdraw at any time.
  10. Where you make a withdrawal, you will forfeit any remaining bonus balances and free spins in your Customer Account.
